How to request deletion

1. Email your request to alex@vendetconsulting.com with subject: Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the account email/phone used in the app and your app/user identifier if available.
3. We may ask for basic verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
4. After verification, we process deletion and confirm completion by email.

What data is deleted

• Account profile data (name, contact identifiers linked to the account).
• User-generated app data and associated configuration records.
• Conversation/session records stored for app functionality, unless retention is legally required.

What data may be retained

• Minimal billing/transaction records where legally required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
• Security/audit logs required to maintain service integrity and legal compliance.

Retention period

Where retention is required by law or legitimate security obligations, records may be retained for up to 180 days after deletion request completion, or longer if a stricter legal requirement applies.
